  • No coverage for pre-existing conditions, mental health, maternity, preventive care or routine dental (accident dental capped at EUR 1,000 per case)
  • EUR 50 deductible per insurance case for outpatient treatment; itemized cost estimate required 5 days in advance for non-emergency costs of EUR 1,000 or more
